7 Guarantee Fee Open
- HF charges a guarantee fee for providing guarantees for loans for chonsei, home purchases, and installments.
- The guarantee fee may be paid on an annual basis. In the case of lump sum payment, a discount is applied for the guarantee fee for more than one year.
- According to the business arrangement between KHFC and banks, matters regarding the collection and refund of guarantee fees are handled by the banks on behalf of KHFC.
